The 18 Orient were away to Aston Clinton Cobras in round one of the Junior League Cup in the WHYL and after extra time the score remained at 3-3 and so onto the dreaded penalty shootout which saw the Saints bow out 4-2. The 16's EJA drew at home against Hitchin Town in the league and the Saints kicked up the hill in the first half that was evenly contested. following a swift move down the right wing saw Hitchin find their number 9 in the box with his back to the goal who instantly rolled the Saints defender before slotting home into the bottom corner to give them a 1-0 lead. The Saints worked hard on a difficult surface, but they couldn't find that equaliser and went in at the break 1-0 down. In the second half the Saints 16 EJA upped the tempo and were unlucky not to draw level with the Hitchin keeper pulling off a excellent diving save from a Tom Carmichael header. Finally, the Saints pressure told when Dan Banerjee hit the post and the man of the match Thomas Geller raced in to pounce on the loose ball to score the equalising goal. Although the Saints pushed forward for the winner Hitchin were still dangerous on the break however at the final whistle the game ended at 1-1.

The 16 Orient playing at home to Kings Langley Kestrels after a close match finally went down 4-2 to a couple of late goals. Scoring both of Orient's goals was man of the match Joshua Daniel whilst Ousama Moutiq had a good game in the heart of the defence.

At half time the 15 Central led 2-0 away to Hemel Town Red with goals from Matty Bleakley and Matt Roome in a half which they failed to more of their chances. In the second half it was a different story as the Central switched their tactics to high press and it worked with Central scoring five more goals to win 7-0. Scoring the first was Jack Percy whilst Ollie Gilmour got the next one with a neat finish and then came a cracker from Daniel Onochie-Williams. The sixth goal of the match was scored by left back John McVeigh with a super headed goal whilst the final goal of the match was struck by Jonathan Hargreaves who saw the Hemel keeper well off his line and struck a 35-yard sizzler over his head to wrap the scoreline up. The man of the match went Matty Bleakley for his work rate and tenacity domination in the central of midfield.

The 15 North picked up three points at home with a 3-1 victory over Gadeside Rangers Tigers with goals being scored for the North by Arthur Corke who was also man of the match and one from Freddie Radavanovic and one from L Loughlin.

It was the clash of the giants or in other words the top teams in the 14's Green Division of the WHYL and it was between the 14 North and the 14 East Blue with the North missing a couple key players and they also started with ten players and they were soon down to nine but they made the eleven players of the East Blue work very hard to take a 2-0 lead into the break. Dan Gant and Tom Merritt scored these goals whilst Dan Curran for the North saw his well struck curling free kick saved. In the second period a fine pass from Joe Stone to Dan Gant saw him make it 3-0 whilst Dan Curran for the North cutting in from the right shot just over the bar. For the East Blue saw Lucas Osborne hit the foot of the post only to watch the ball rebound out into the arms of a grateful North goalkeeper. As the match entered the last ten minutes with the North players gradually tiring saw the East Blue steam ahead as Brandon Trainis hit a glorious hat-trick for them to win 6-0. There was no individual man of the match as both teams gave it to all the members of their individual squads. The game was played in good spirits so well done to both teams says Tezza as he was there on the spot.

In a highly competitive encounter saw the 14 South runout winners by three goals to nil at home to Hemel Town Red with Tyler Channer scoring a brace of goals whilst Sam Hicks scored one and the man of the match went to Samuel Baker-Madec who was excellent in defence.

The 14 East Yellow were playing Bovingdon Thunder at home and once again like the match previously on that pitch saw them start with eleven players, but they were soon down to ten and then in the second half they lost another player due to a injury. At half time the scoreline was 4-1 to Bovingdon who had to work hard to get those goals with the goal of the match being scored by Finlay Thomas (oh how Manchester City could have done with one of those) when he cut into the box from the right an unleashed a shot that flew into the far top corner of the net giving the Bovingdon keeper no chance to make a save. In the second period the visitors scored two more goals to win the match 6-1 but it could have been a few more but for the East Yellow keeper Yaman Alrahabi who made some great saves during the match including one with the very last kick of the match when somehow, he stopped a cracking shot as he tipped the ball over the bar. As he fell to the ground he picked up an injury and was taken to hospital afterwards where he was kept in and had an operation on his arm. Get Well Soon Yaman, my man of the match, he didn't know where the ball had gone and asked did they score and of course we said no!

The 13 West won 3-2 away to Harpenden Colts Typhoons with excellent goals from Dylan Bramall, Alfie Gauthier and James Liverside with defender Mason Kerr picking up the man of the match award.

The 13 South were at home to Harpenden Colts Tornadoes and twice during the first half they found themselves a goal down but each time they hit back to go in at the break drawing 2-2. During the match also saw Alfie Parkins hit the crossbar twice and being named man of the match was Matthew Martin who had a great game out on the right wing.

The quarter-final of the Watford Friendly League saw the 13 North play Watford Youth Sports at home and at half time saw the North trailing by two goals to nil. In the second half saw the home side step up a gear and despite the North pulling a goal back when Ben Freestone pounced on a poor back pass and fired the ball low past the advancing keeper to make it 2-1 they just could not get that vital equaliser. Working hard throughout the match was Jake Berry.

The 13 East found their opponents the Norseman living up to their name as they went onto win 5-0 as they gave no quarter as they surged through the East's backline. The man of the match was awarded to Alejandro Wood who kept battling throughout the match.

Well this match had everything, plenty of goals, hat-tricks for both sides and a very late winner as the 12 Boreals took on Sandridge Rovers Tigers at home in a division five league match in the WHYL. At half time saw Boreal lead 2-1 with both goals being scored by Carlos Johnson and in the second half Sandridge hit back for the score to be 3-3 with their goals being scored by two from Max Barnett and one from Finn Elsmark whilst Boreals third goal was scored by Carlos Johnson which completed a fine hat-trick. As the game switched from end to end who was going to score that winning goal as both teams were going for it, well with only two minutes to go Max Barnett for Sandridge sent in a high looping shot that sailed over the Boreals keeper to make the final score 4-3 to the visitors, but what a game to watch. That goal completed Max Barnett hat-trick and for Sandridge central midfielder Joe Field was named man of the match whilst for Boreal their man of the match went to Carlos Johnson.

In the second period Chorleywood pulled a goal back o make the final score 4-1. For the Vics in the weeks to come it will a tough test ahead but the Vics are hitting form as they approach the business end of the season.

The 12 Orient in division three of the West Herts Youth League were at home to Harpenden Colts Harriers and with neither side getting that breakthrough the match finally finished all square at 0-0. The man of the match for the Orient went to keeper Arthur Merriden who with some fines made sure he kept a clean sheet.

In the Intermediate League Cup quarter-finals saw the 12 West play Nascot Wood at home with the keepers from both teams producing some excellent saves between them. A goal from Cody Smith gave the West the lead only for them to be pegged back by a deflected free kick to make it 1-1. Charlie Clark scored the winner after he took the ball around the keeper and slotting the ball home to make the final score 2-1 whilst the man of the match went to Ollie Philpot.

The backflip goal celebration was even better!!!! After a superb passing move and a exquisite killer pass from Olic Fan saw Joshua Cassidy finish delightfully for the North's second. A superb pass from Hugo Smith to Eddie Johnson who crossed the ball low for Oliver Ajaegbu to score from close range for the Saints third goal of the match.
